3 questions (WB and thumbs)

1) The thumbnails for 4 of my sysmetrix skins are all the same, yet when i hit the fix thumbnail button, i get a page error. how can i fix these?
2) working on my first skin for WB and I've run into a problem. I made new log off/ shut down buttons for the startmenu(bottom right) and although I have transparency enabled and the proper pink around the buttons, the are surrounded by a large black border. Is this a mask or something? how do I eliminate it?
3) Is there a place to get a template of a "complex" WB skin? The one in skin studio is very basic, and I think I could learn faster taking apart a skin with more attributes, etc. I could just use a good skin from the site, but I am building with the intent to upload so I dont want to use other peoples codes/setup illegally. ideas?

For 2, make sure "Translucency IS being used" is turned off for that section, only enable that attribute if you are using a targa, never a bitmap. If you already know this, it might be the version of WB (Betas have some bugs with start menu right now, I know first hand). For 3, not sure, I have always built my stuff off of the Luna skin, but you can pull up any skin in Skinstudio to see how they are doing something.
