On a similar topic, while I do like the queuing of constructors for starbase upgrades from the starbase screen, I'm not entirely sure what governs which shipyard builds the starbase - I'm not sure it is necessarily the geographically nearest shipyard, when in fact it probably ought to be.
Even if a further-away shipyard could produce the ship faster it's not always convenient to have constructors clog the build queue of your best production planet when you're trying to build a navy from it (the constructor may be is usually a lower priority than the warships). Is there a way to govern this that I've missed? If not, can one be considered for implementation?
