Game won't start

The first time I launched the game it launched fine, got to the main menu but I quit to go do something and when I tried to start the game again it just won't load. When I try to run it, the cursor spins like it is going to load then almost instantly stops, nothing comes on the screen it seems to close instantly. Both DX11 and DX12. I've deleted it's folder in Documents and when I try to run the game it recreates it then instantly closes again. My specs are below.

 

i7-6700k

16GB DDR4 RAM

Geforce GTX 1070

No need to put a ticket in, there is something wrong when giving the quit command, because the process remains active in the background. 

To start the game again you need to kill steam or ashes from the task manager or else you will get the message game is already running.
