What is skin that is on WindowBlinds home page?

On opening page of www.windowblinds.net there is an example skin that has green sliders and edges. What is the name of that skin? Where can I get it?

That's Kryptonite. It' a wincustomize preimium skin for wincustomize subscribers. It hasn't been released yet
