Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation Lifetime Founders Preview is Now Available

Now, check out a special preview of Escalation... before anyone else

 They say that "good things come to those who wait" - and we think you’ve waited long enough! 
We're so happy you’re a Lifetime Founder and that you've supported Ashes of the Singularity from the very beginning. 
As a way of saying thank you, we have added a special preview build of Escalation to your Steam
account just for you!


Here are a few of the exciting things you can expect in Escalation:

Massive Game Sizes - The new "huge" maps can house over a dozen players at once and is perfect for a 'comp stomp' or a chaotic free-for-all.

Global View - Use the mouse wheel to zoom out to a new global view. The icons and army information make it easy to control large groups of your units while also being able to see the entire battlefield.

Orbital Abilities - Surprise your enemies with new and unexpected attacks to slow their armies and halt their progress.

 

  

Lava and Crystal Worlds - Wage war across landscapes of massive crystal formations or storm your enemy's base across spans of volcanic pits and burning terrain.

New Substrate & PHC Buildings - Bolster your defenses with upgradeable buildings or unleash devastating advanced aircraft units on your enemies by building an Aviary or Advanced Sky Factory, and more.

New Substrate & PHC Units - Add to your strategy and take down your opponents with new units like the PHC Hera or the Substrate Caregiver.

Please remember that this is an early access build and is not the final version of the game.
There may be bugs, crashes, and other hiccups as you explore it. As always, knowing about these issues helps
us during our development. If you give Escalation a try and have any problems,
we ask you to please send us a report via a support ticket or post right here on the forums and tell us about it! 

To access the build, open up Steam on the account you used to purchase your Lifetime Founders Edition of Ashes of the Singularity.
Scroll down through your games until you find Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation, and:

  1. Right-click on the game and select "properties"

  2. Click on the “BETAS” tab

  3. In the password box, enter the (case sensitive) password: TimeToEscalate

  4. Click “CHECK CODE” (do NOT just hit ‘Enter’ - it won’t work!)

  5. Steam should validate your code and unlock the beta branch

  6. From the dropdown above, select 'vip_build'

  7. Click the “CLOSE” button and Steam will auto-update you with the correct files
