Modify the default theme

I would like to change some colors on the Windows 10 theme, but I can't edit it.

Is there a way to do this ? Or to find a clone of this theme ?

None that I could see when applying the default theme. Perhaps a look around in the Windowblinds gallery there is one that closely matches what you are looking for. Those can be modified either through the WB config or by using Skinstudio.
