Lost all my Start10 icons

Suddenly most but not all of my icons in Start 10 have gone to some generic symbol. How can I fix this?

If the icons have turned generic this suggests the OS Icon Cache has become corrupted.

Have you installed anything recently which would alter icons? (or uninstalled if you had installed IconPackager 5.x...)
