A few quick questions

from GalCiv3 Forums

1.  Are we able to create custom ship designs (made from jewelry) for non-player CPU controlled races?

 

2.  Is the ship designer on the main screen yet?

 

3.  If the game is still screwed up, is it possible to play galactic civ 2 on widows 10?

 

I bought this game last year as I am a HUGE fan of galactic civ 2.  I found the game unplayable due to the inability to create custom races to play against equipped with ships of my own design.  I create my opponents, my own races, everybody's ships and go off and have some fun with my own fiction.  I was unable to do this with galactic civ 3 so the game was shelved.

You are and were for a long time able to, but i guess what your asking for is without modding(?),

and thats still a no..

 

(not even sure if there are any concrete plans for at the moment)

Who do I yell at? 

 

EDIT: you can download custom ship designs and use them as templates through steam for whatever reason, correct?  So, is it possible to create my own ship designs, stick em on steam and then download them for use as non-played CPU controlled race ship designs?
