Command Line Parameters to Launch Ashes DX12 and DX11 Benchmark in offline mode

How to launch Ashes benchmark dx12 and dx11 in offline mode?

It is still not clear how to use it.

I tried using -benchmark option, it launches the game then gets stuck at the Welcome screen.

Even though I click OK on it, it doesnt proceed.

Please help
