Crusade Documentation?

I'm sure this has been asked, but am I missing the documentation

from GalCiv3 Forums

I'm sure this has been asked, but I haven't found a good answer.  Is there anything that resembles a coherent set of documentation for Crusade yet?  

I've found lots of information strewn hither and yon, but it would be nice to get an official document or wiki that listed the effects of basic facets like traits.  I know its all in flux ATM, but its a released expansion at this point...one that I paid for no less.  I'm not finding much on the Wiki or anywhere else for a lot of the questions I have.  If it exists, then it should be a lot easier to find.

Maybe I'm being a bonehead and overlooked it...I don't know.

lots of good stuff but not much on crusade yet.  Also you might want to take a look at youtube lets plays.  Will never be a manual.  For me, the learning is part of the fun

I don't begrudge you enjoying the 'exploration,' but that shouldn't be proffered as a defense for the utter lack of product documentation.  The lack of coherent documentation is rather absurd.  I shouldn't have to spend hours play testing or searching forums and xml files to glean the arcane knowledge to answer basic questions like "What the hell does the Cybernetics ability actually do" or "What do I have to choose for my custom race to have access to the Hive buildings?"  If Stardock can't be bothered to offer a reasonably competent Wiki, the least they can do is write tool tips that aren't cryptic and actually describe the consequences of a choice.  

I know that makes me sound a lot angrier than I actually am, but it is rather irksome.  Crusade is a paid product and a basic and professional set of documentation should be considered an essential facet of the product given the product's complexity.  You may prefer exploring the answer to basic questions, but not everyone wants to, or can, spend their time that way.
