Help! ObjectDock related

How do I link My Documents, or other folders in general in the dock? Try creating shortcuts, but doesn't seem to work consistently.

Create new shortcut. For link put explorer.exe In arguments put c:\Documents and Settings\"your login name"\My Documents
If your drive letter is different than C change it accordingly
