I haven't played regularly in a few years, so maybe this is the result of a change I'm not aware of or don't understand. I tried a multiplayer game with a buddy and we turned on outlaw sectors and pirates.
I was attacked four cycles in a row by huge pirate fleets, even though each time there was no bounty on me and 20k credit bounties on our enemies, who were also attacked.
What am I missing here? Why am I being targeted without having a bounty?
