Jupiter's Forge Campaign : Teleportation perk does not function

This was mentioned in a post last year but I think it's still affecting the game. 

I'm playing as Nomad in the 10 week campaign. When I select the Teleportation perk (bottom row; essentially gives you the patent; rent/buy as usual) it just doesn't function during the next round. Fuel is consumed and the transport ships fly and deliver resources as normal. I'm running into it on map "2, Inferno's Maw" and haven't tested it anywhere else. 

Just wanted to make you all aware!

Thanks for the feedback Thevenin. Unfortunately I haven't been able to duplicate this behavior. If you encounter it again, could you take a screenshot and let us know?

Thank you for looking into the issue. If I run into it again I'll gather some screen captures and other information. In the unlikely case that I do manage to recreate it would you prefer that I just create a new thread, contact you, or necro this one?

Replying here should be fine if you encounter the issue again. Now that the holidays are over I'll be keeping an eye on the forums consistently.
