Groupy not working with a High Contrast Theme

I'm unable to get Groupy to work with a High Contrast Theme. I can make it work fine without that. When using a High Contrast (which due to my site I prefer to use), I get "Windows Desktop manager must be active" I have tried running WDM.exe from a command prompt, looked under services.msc etc. Currently, I am unable to find a workaround.

Any input would greatly appreciated.

Is there an ability to create custom "groups"? I have tried clicking on the dots, but I don't see an option to create a custom group.

Which OS are you using?

If you are using Windows 7 then unfortunately we will not be supporting that for high contrast themes, but on Windows 10 we may be able to support it.

Regarding custom groups, other than grouping the applications of the same type we have not yet implemented an option for automatic custom groups.  This is an area we are currently investigating based on feedback from customers and how they wish to use such a feature.
