Assuming you downloaded the program.

Personally, I just start the program and click load and browse to the .logonxp file. Double clicking the downloaded file doesn't always load it and then you have to load it from the directory it was copied to anyway, and then you'll have two directories for the same skin. Just delete the extra .logonxp directory once the skin is loaded. Good Luck.

My version of this program had the same problem. *.logonxp files would NOT load, under any circumstances.

I made it work by renaming the files (changing the extensions to *.zip)

Then I unzipped each to their own folders (the folder being the name of the logontheme) and the moved the folders to the
C:\progra~1\wincustomize\logonstudio directory.
