No receiving Updated libraries

I have maually refreshed the data but still the latest skin is the 14th May. How can I reset/delete the database and load a new one from scratch?

There still seems to be a little glitch in the regular libraries section. I see this too and was unable to fix it. I'm sure *they* know about it.
