well im new here and ive been trying to download and set up the Transylvania skins and cursors but it wont apply then cursor or skins for some reason i need info on troubleshooting this problem!

Each skin is meant to be used by a particular application. For instance a WindowBlinds skin requires that you have WindowBlinds installed. A set of CursorXP cursors requires that you have CursorXp installed.

Did you install these apps? You can find links to them by clicking the appropirate library section on the left hand side of this webpage. Once you have done so, look near the top of the webpage, and you'll find links for information and downloading the appropriate application.

You'll need to give a bit more info on what's going wrong.
Any error messages? Also, what exactly happens when you try and load them? Does nothing happen, or maybe some indication of a problem. (Aside from them not actually showing, that is
