Bootscreen?

How do i fix so i can get another bottscreen? its the first time for me

I'm assuming you mean Logon...need to install LogonStudio https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/download.html then DL your chosen logon

no no, ive downloaded an bootscreen file but i dont know how to fix it. it wil come up when you sign out of windows.

start logonstudio and click load then select the file you downloaded and apply it, apologise if you mean something different

well thats how i do it from this site, dont know about other site's file type. needs to be a LogonStudio file (*.logonxp)

Bootscreens and logons are two different things. If you downloaded a bootscreen it won't work with logonxp as a logon/logoff screen. If I understand what you mean, the screen you see when you log out of windows is a logon screen which should work with logonstudio. If it's not in the logonxp format I think it can be "translated" with logonstudio as long as it's a logon screen to begin with.

But for bootscreens you need a program like BootXP. But that screen only shows up when you boot up the PC.

Which is why it's called a boot screen.

Alternative to BootXP would be to manually replace the old ntoskrnl.exe with the new one. With all kinds of potential "fuck up your machine" dangers, ofcourse.
