At this time, we are only providing support in the forums. This is so for a few reason, not the least of which is that we can help you, and anyone else with the same / similar problem, for all time (not just the one time).

YES THERE IS..............a few months ago I purchased start10 then my computer went nuts so I had to do a recovery and when I downloaded start10 and tried to enter the product key it said I tried too many times so now Im screwed I sent messages to stardock and all they did was refer me to forums. How can I unlock my account so I can enter the product key? Please be specific because Im not the brightest bulb on the tree. [email protected]

That is no help there is NO manage option to pick from, now what?

I bought a new computer and cannot get Fences to activate. Keep getting messaged that I don't exist, but I've been using Fences since 2016.
