Whatever you do dont waste your time trying to call and get a live person on the phone because it will not happen.  All they have is one recording after another that are useless.......NO live people!

At this time, we are only providing support in the forums.  This is so for a few reason, not the least of which is that we can help you, and anyone else with the same / similar problem, for all time (not just the one time).

YES THERE IS..............a few months ago I purchased start10 then my computer went nuts so I had to do a recovery and when I downloaded start10 and tried to enter the product key it said I tried too many times so now Im screwed I sent messages to stardock and all they did was refer me to forums.  How can I unlock my account so I can enter the product key?  Please be specific because Im not the brightest bulb on the tree. I bought a new computer and cannot get Fences  to activate. Keep getting messaged that I don't exist, but I've been using Fences since 2016.
