why does my message post 3 times every time i post?!?!?!? watch you'll see...

Okay, look, notice this message will make its self appear 3 times, its not cool. And no, im not clicking submit a bunch of times. i visit alot of forums on the net, and this is the only one that does it. anybody know about this?
