No Win7 Desktop with Start10

Initially, after I installed Start10, I could display my Win7 destop with numerous icons.

Now, after several months, I cannot display my Win7 desktop. In addition, I cannot open the Right-Click menu on the desktop. I cannot even display the Recycle Bin.

What Gives????
