Unable to activate any program that came with Object Desktop

Hello,

I purchased Object Desktop and all programs that came with it ask for a product key. The product key that was emailed to me does not work, for whenever I use it I am given an error message saying "X cannot be activated as it is active on a different computer. Click here to deactivate it and try again." 

Clicking does not do anything as I am given the same error message over and over again. I have not activated anything on any computer and this is my first Object Desktop purchase. 

When I go to my downloads, I can click Manage near the product key and it says "Activations for Product Key XXXXXXX There are no current activations."

Please help me activate my programs, thank you.

I am also having this same problem with anything Object Desktop related.  I've been a OD subscriber since 2008 and have never had such a problem with the software.  I'm trying to install it on my new computer and even after deactivating it on the old computer, it still comes up with this error over and over again.

Just purchased Object Desktop, trying to install WindowsBlinds and also have the same problem. There are no current activations but activation dialog reports that is unable to activate and it's currently active on another computer.

So, I managed to lock up my account. Before purchasing Object Desktop I already had Fences 3 license so I thought maybe this was preventing me to activate WindowsBlinds, so I deactivated Fences and tried to activated with Object Desktop account, no luck. I tried offline activation and it reported the same problem. After multiple attempts to activated now it reports too many attempts (offline activation reports account is locked).

I was able to activate Fences 3 so it seems like it is fixed. I will report back with other programs soon but I am assuming they will be fixed too.
