i just downloaded 'iskin' by 'judge and deggy' from the wincustomize site. as far as i can tell it looks exactly like the 'QTy X' skin, by ryoujin. i can't remembe where i got the latter though...

I wrote to him about that matter, too. Will contact Foood. If some one is a member of DesignTechnika here, maybe he could bring that up, as Food seems to be arround there often.

An update of some things about this site You may want to know : I brought this issue up at Wincustomize (sttroopers : It would have been nice if You said that in Your posts in different forums, but that's not so important to me ) after writing to the webmaster several times for 2 months now. I stumbled across this site by doing a search at google. First thing I noticed that all my sysmetrix skins were there without my permission and even credit. After looking deeper I found that many skins (not to say all) have no credits. After asking him to remove all my skins there he did that and I recommended him to remove all other skins. He isn't even aware of what rips are... So I wrote another mail to him with a translated standard-letter Jafo of Wincustomize normally sends out, when having such an issue (with his permission of course). Never got an answer... When I returned yesterday I found my account dead and again some of my sysmetrix skins were there along with all other skins and styles again not even credited and of course Fooods icons. So I wrote to him again saying that I will make this case an official one in different forums and sites. BTW, he argues that he can't give credit because he is using skins and styles that members of the board send to him. Isn't that stupid ???

Update : The sysmetrix library and Fooods icons are gone now, styles are still there...

again teaches me much about "hacked uxtheme.dll" people's attitude... As far as I am concerned I will not take further actions, the sysmetrix library with my skins is down, let him upload unauthorized styles as he wants. Case closed for me...

That sucks c242, you try to help others and you aint getting any help from the ppl ripping.

Carl....my problem with many sites is with issues of language....I'm sure your German is better than mine....but if needed, you can give me any contact emails dealing with the site that I can contact with, rather than the actual site-coded one that I'd just get barred from if I use....[similar has happened before]....and I'll have a go at them in English...
