Multiplicity 2.05 upgrade to Multiplicity 3 KVM

I have had licensed Multiplicity 2.05 for many years upgrade. Can I get a upgrade to Multiplicity 3 KVM ?

Tried but say not eligible ?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Its because you cant upgrade (get upgrade pricing) on something that was already upgraded with the prior version (received at a discount as well).

Your MP purchase was 'Multiplicity 2 Upgrade from Standard to Full' a discounted product.
