Trying to stay here in the present but I can't

I changed back to todays time and nothing seems to be better. I can't seem to get my taskbar skins to work anymore, no matter where I set the clock and when I click on IE nothing happens unless I unload WindowBlinds. I'm here for some help now that I have no more hair to pull out.

If the problem hasn't been resolved yet forgive me for the lack of patients.

Thats a very angry thread

Whats up with people. I myself have been up for hours/days and am really frustrated but I'm not here to pick a fight just here for a little help. I read through the thread Some things made sense but I'm still having trouble. I found WB folders but it doesn't state what it is 3.50 or 3.51 so I tried to delete the one in add/remove programs but it won't let me "Could not open log file" when ever I try to open any WB folders my system locks up. I don't know what to do. oooh I'm running XP 628 mbRAM
