Major Issues with Desktop X and WB
upon using DesktopX I get the following behavior:
- an error box titled "DesktopX.exe - No Disk" pops up, and states "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\harddisk\DR2", with the options to "cancel", "try again" and "continue". (I don't have any such drive or address on my system!)
- clicking any of these buttons returns you to the same dialog box, and forces you to do a reboot
wth WindowBlinds 4, I got a "reboot" message, and upon reboot, get a blank screen with no task bar, start menu, etc. The only way to exit is to use the "ctrl-alt-delete" to bring up the task manager, and re-enter in safe mode to uninstall WB using the stardock central application.
I'm not a programmer, nor do I want to be. I don't want to de-bug anyone's beta-ware.
Any idea what's going on? Worst case scenario: how do I eradicate this crap from my computer and obtain a refund for my $50?
