When you upload one it will tell you to expect up to 5 days for moderation. During this time, your wall will show as pending approval in the list of your skins. After moderation, it will either disappear from the list of your skins (rejected) or it will show on the site and still be in the list of your skins with download amounts.

You can get the Software free all you have to do is go to their website and fill out a request ,They will send you a fully usable no limituse CDrom it also contains Char Studio4.0 its free its from them so it is not illeagle, Its only a 30 day license but it is full use so you can really experiance it
