Is there something wrong with the current release?

yes. It sometimes requires you to load a new logon twice before officialy recognizing it. Also, if you do not remove it from the start up items through the "msconfig" command or by other means, every time you boot up or log on you get an error message saying, "Logon studio ....and must close".

Yup, that is a very common problem. I would definitely like to see a version come out with that bug patched.

This is not the fault of LogonStudio, it''s caused by logon files that were zipped, and then renamed when uploaded to the site. Then you have the real logon inside another logon file. The first time you load it it, it creates a folder with the real logon inside.
I''ve recently convinced T-Man to stop renaming the zips.
I''m not aware of the error message you speak of.......

Thanks Koasati,
That is what I have found that it does, but was not sure why. Others have told me thy get the error message also, or I would think it was something in my configuration.

I'd like a new version of LogonStudio, just because I don't like using pre-1.0 software.
