WB fails to load gfx

I've been using wb 3.5 but suddenly it stops to load the skin graphics..
Only the skin's color scheme is applied.

It happend after a normal restart of windows..

It still refuses to work even if i un-install and remove all traces of wb and re-install it.

Using Windows 2000-SP3, anyone have a idea why this is happening ??

You need to update to 3.51. Contact [email protected] if you are still using Component Manager.
