On the Manage Governments and commonwealth screen, if you highlight Stellar monarchy its says Ship construction +40%.
But when I changed my Government to Stellar monarchy, it now says Ship construction +20% on that same screen.
However when you look at ship construction at the planet level it says Stellar monarchy (2) 40%
I am confused! any help appreciated.
I think that's the one that gives you a government minister that gives +20% and a ship (The Prince) that gives you +20% or 25%. Did you station the ship at the planet? When you look at your government do you see portraits of ministers?
Yes I do see ministers, I think the 40% chip construction is made up of the Grand duke & Crisis manager. That's probably what the (2) refers to (two ministers?)
Still don't know why the change government screen now show's a different value for stellar monarchy, ie 20% ship construction not 40%
Do you keep the ships (princess & prince) if you were to change the Government ?
