Webmaster Need Help for Design

Hi,
I'm the webmaster of a French music website called NoreDelo (you can find it at www.noredelo.fr.st). I saw many impressive and amazing wallpapers here. So I'd like to know if someone could help me, someone who really makes great wallpapers if possible 8), in order to change my main page’s picture (which is quite ugly). The picture I'm waiting for would be blue, dark blue in fact, with some parts in orange ('cause some of the website’s parts are orange), with a “NoreDelo” logo somewhere in it.
