Please, Need Help With WindowBlinds!

Ok I Have WindowBlinds 3.5 Enhanced, I Just Installed It On My Computer And When I Try To Appy A Theme To My Computer. It Then Starts To Appy That Theme But An Error Box Pops Up Saying An exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL "C:\windows\System32\desk.cpl",Display" !!! Anyone Know How I Could Fix This Problem? Please.... Thanks, Any Help Is Greatly Apreciated.
Also If Needed I'm On Xp Home Editions OS.

You may need to download WB 3.51 Enhanced.

A WB 3.51 Enhanced user should use the following link:
https://www.stardock.com/support.asp
Enter your e-mail and press Go. After a few minutes Stardock will mail your serial and a link for WB 3.51 Enhanced. The e-mail address should be the same as the one you used to register WB.

Unload WB before installing the new version.
