How To: Background colour in Controls window...

I can't seem to get the background to change colour to match the Windows colour in SkinStudio, I did it before but didn't do anything different to this time. I've applied the colour image to all 3 Window attributes...what am I doing wrong??

no can do that, I'm refering to the section in SkinStudio named Controls
