Black Screen
However, on my brother's laptop, when installed and configured identically to my computer, his screen is black with no icons. When I click on the black screen, the traditional Windows 10 menu screen appears as if it is residing underneath.
Clicking the logo while Start 10 is running will show the traditional WIN 7 menu on the bottom left. However, there is nothing I can do to make the icons appear. Any attempt to drag or add shortcuts to the seemingly overlaid black screen is impossible.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Start 10 a number of times for him, but no change. The laptop is running Windows 10 64 bit, and has all the latest Microsoft updates applied.
Please help..!!
