subcriber resources Help!

Can anyone tell me how to download the the skins available after subscribing to the browser membership that gives us access to additional ones? When I click on subscriber resources, it recoggnozes me, but nothing happens when I try to download or apply. It seems like I've just kept sending Stardock more money for nothing. And has anyone had any help from their support team? The only compamy more difficult to deal with than Stardock is Microsoft! I hope someone can change my mind and make me feel silly for missing something simple and writing this!

Elmyth.. First, Do you have the programs to the skins you are downloading?

If you download a skin you will see at the top of the page an About section. For an example at the WindowBlinds section you will see "About WindowBlinds". The section contains the following links "WindowBlinds website", "Purchase" and "Help". You can download WindowBlinds from the website. You need to do that and install it before downloading WindowBlinds skins. There is an About section similar to the WindowBlinds About section for all skins you want to use.
