im new to this wincustomize
i downloaded sum skins but after tht i donno know wat to do to make my dowmloads work

example: i download a icq plus, i saved it in the d:\ and then i donno wat to do can any1 plz tell me la thx

Hi to anyone who is reading this message.

I'm new to this Wincustomize site.

I downloaded some skins, but beyond that I don't know what to do in order to make the downloads work. For example: I downloaded an ICQplus skin, saved it in my D:\ drive/directory but I don't know what to do next, so can anyone please help me? Thanks....
