Comtext Start Menu Disappears with Start10

I have Windows 10 with all updates (1809). Without Start 10, the context menu properly shows for the Start Menu icon complete with Device Manager and all other menu items, however with Start10, the context menu only shows (Configure Start10, Run, Open File Explorer, and Shutdown). If I uninstall Start10, the menu back properly. Installing Start10 again restores the problem.

Restarts were done after each uninstall / install. SFC /scannow shows no problems. All Windows Updates applied (current version is 17763.316). I have Windows 10 Home.

Thoughts?

Would you Please try this PURGE different than a regular uninstall https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot test and report back please.

Sadly the same problem. The context menu came back after the purge only to disappear again after the install.
