looking for transparent/translucent WB skin

Hi,

is there a WindowBlinds skin out there, with dark grey/black colours and with transparent or mostly translucent button bar and titlebar?

I haven't done any WB skins yet, so I'd better searh for something existing rather than mastering the art of WB skinning.

I've thrown a transparency button on one of my WB skins, and there are other skins that support transparency as well. You can also set window dragging to transparent. Also check out WindowFX. But a word of caution - I've found such settings to be a major system hog and not worth the sacrifice of speed.

Creating a skin with variable levels of transparency in the titlebar isn't currently possible with WindowBlinds. A pixel is either 'on' or 'off', and there's no in between. Transparency can be faked with poor to medium success by using dithering, but this always looks bad at anything below the highest of screen resolutions. You therefore won't find any decent skins with, for example, see-through glass titlebars or similar.

The only option is to use a tool like the one mentioned above to make whole windows a set transparency level. This can make things a little hard to work with at times though, and isn't exactly system friendly in some situations.
