Windows logo key + Up Arrow and jumping windows

Hi

The shortcut (Windows logo key  + Up Arrow ) for maximizing the window works well only for folders and single word.

 

For chrome and Firefox, the shortcut does not work and sometimes the window jumps to the second monitor. https://youtu.be/dnGNtMryuF4?t=1m10s (Folders behave this way too)

 

The transition to the second monitor does not work for word and excel.

I'm using windows 10 x64 1809

Note : The "Win+Arrow up+ left or right" problem can be solve by using Groupy tabs in "Combine if possible" mode. For me the problem only appear if the tabs "Always place above" mode.
