Grouping stops functioning

Again the software has stopped functioning properly, tried reinstalling, purged the software, changed the settings, nothing has worked. some help would be greatly appreciated. This renders the software pretty much useless, it works fine then after several weeks it no longer works, some times windows that I don't use often will open with groupy settings active while as of now my frequently used windows are not working.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you have the groupy service running in the background.  Check, if it set to start automatically and is currently running.

Yes the service is running but many options are not working properly. When dragging a window on top of another the colored overlay to indicated a pairing no longer appears. I prefer to use "Only group with right mouse click" this option isn't working properly, it's currently working backwards, sometimes changing this option allows it to work for all but five minutes.
