"Extra Space" Around Start10 Menu

Has anyone else seen this issue where an extra square or box appears around the start menu when opened, as seen in the attached image? This doesn't happen all the time, maybe about 50%. 

I am using two monitors, and it only happens on the main monitor.

I am on Windows 10 build 1903, however, I was on 1809 and the issue occurred then too.

I am using Start10 version 1.61.

If anyone has seen this before or has any recommendations, I'd be very appreciative.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you talking about that gray box around the Start10 blue panel.

Please try the purge and reinstall step : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download the latest Start10 version from your account. Install that version and reboot. Retest it and report back here.
