Unable to activate Fences. Error code: -205

I've just purchased Fences 3 and I cannot activate it.

I've tested the activation in two different computers (both with a name without symbols) and it failed in both of them. I have also tried to register the key in my account and an error is displayed: "The serial entered is not valid."

Offline activation produces the following error when req file is uploaded:

"An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details. (1001)"

Any idea what the error is?

I'm afraid the post didn't help.

The only mention to error 205 points to non western symbols in computer name. I have tried the activation in two computers, both of them without strange characters or symbols in their names.

Здравствуйте! Сегодня я решил переустановить Windows. У меня до переустановки работало ваше приложение. Отформатировал диск и запустил чистую установку Windows. После установки я скачал и установил Steam. Скачал и установил Fences. Но у меня вылезла ошибка 205. Я прочитал статью FAQ по этой ошибке. Раньше в имени компьютера было “-” я переименовал компьютер и сейчас он называется “WorkingPC” перезагрузил компьютер чтобы изменения применились. Но Fensec всё так же продолжает ругаться на подлинность лицензии. Я решил полностью переустановить его. Во время удаления, приложение попросило перезагрузить компьютер. Я перезагрузил. Скачал заново приложение, но проблема не исчезла. У меня так же выдаёт ошибку 205. А при старте системы так как Fensec запускается вместе с ней выдаёт ошибку 10. Я не знаю что уже делать. Это приложение очень удобное и я не хочу лишаться возможности им пользоваться. Ps. Я пользуюсь Fensec 3. Темы FAQ по ошибке 10 я не нашёл. Подскажите пожалуйста как исправить эти ошибки и продолжить пользоваться приложением?
