[Problems] Multiples problems found

Windows 7 Pro (latest updates) in French

Groupy version :

1.19

I have 2 problems with Groupy (tests with 1.19) :

1/ When saving folders, the program doesn't seem to to understand how to open them, showing instead the following message :

I tried to find out in a VM what's going on, and it seems that saving any folder with UAC disabled would make the folder restoration impossible.
Simply changing the parameter "RunElevated=1" to "RunElevated=0" seems to solve the problem, but I have to manually do it on every groupy file...
Is there a way to support the disabling of UAC?

2/ Restoring folders with Japanese, or Korean characters (and probably Chinese), simply doesn't work. Here a perfectly fine and working folder name  "分福茶釜" :

The target in the generated groupy file displays something like that :

Target="C:\????"

This makes restoration impossible :

Changing it manually to Target="C:\分福茶釜" doesn't work and throws another error :

Trying the same with completely Japanese system doesn't seem to work either, and throws both times the same error, except this time in Japanese obviously :

Target="C:\????"

Target="C:\分福茶釜"
