Computer slowed to a crawl after install

Anyone else having this problem?

I running Windows 10, and as soon as I installed Groupy my computer just started working soooo sloooowly. Photoshop took over three minutes to open instead of a few seconds. I disabled Groupy and the problem was fixed. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?
