Way to change shortcuts for switching tabs

Currently, the shortcut for switching tabs (backward) is Ctrl+Win+`.

Can I change this to another key, like Shift+Win+`?

Hello,

From what I understand you can't change the "Ctrl" part of "Ctrl+Win+`" hot key. You just can change the "`" part of it. But also note that the "Win+`" key also works.
