Bug? Dragging&dropping files gets disabled

I've noticed that often I'm not able to drag files, for example for uploading or dragging a file from desktop to trashbin. The problem persists until I restart computer. I suspect this has to do with Groupy since I haven't had a problem when groupy was disabled.

Any info on this, is this a bug?

Personally, I never seen this problem on my system or report from others. Is there any error message appear when you fail to move the file to trashbin or anywhere else? And is the problem from Normal Fences or Portal fences? And we also need to know.

1) Windows version. Please use winver.exe for full windows version numbers.

2) Fences version.
