Windows 10 -- Outlook (desktop version) and file folders will not snap when Groupy is on

Does anyone else have this problem: Microsoft's snap feature will not work for any outlook wiondow, or any group with an outlook tab in it, when Groupy is activated. Same thing for file folders.

I really like Groupy, but if I cannot snap, I won't be using it.
