Explorer Background Texture

Did it go bye-bye?

Am I way behind here, or blind, or have we lost the ability to use WC Config to apply a texture to the explorer background?

I can't find the option.

That has never been a feature of WB on Windows 10.

Windows 7 and 8 continue to have that as a feature however.
