Can't find a certain kind of automatic wallpaper changing program

Hey all,
I've looked all over and can't find an automatic wallpaper changing program that will perform the way I want it too. What I'm looking for is a program that will change to an image depending on what time of day it is. All I've been able to find are ones that change at certain time intervals, and not depending on what time of day it is. What I'm trying to do is take a bunch of photos from the same location at different times of day, and put them into a program that will cycle the photos in order to coincide with the time of day (i.e. the photo from 5pm will show up at the same time on my computer, reguardless of when the program was started) Has anyone come acorss a program thatwill accomplish this? I know it must be possible, but am not enough of a programmer to write my own. Thanks for any help!
