Invalid Key

I installed Fences on a new machine (only one instance running - removed it from my old machine). I'm trying to activate Fences and am being told that it's an invalid product key. I am cut-and-pasting the product key that is available from my account through stardock.com and even the same key that was emailed to me through the product key retrieval functionality through the site. NOthing is working. I've also tried registering through the "activate with your Stardock account" option and getting a reply that "Fences is not associated with this account". This isn't consistent with my account information available through Stardock.com, which includes my Fences purchase history (and activation key). Any suggestions?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It appears you are trying to activate Fences 3 with a Fences 2 key.

You can, however, still get the upgrade at a discount here (bottom of page):

If you only wanted to re-install Fences 2, uninstall 3 and install version 2 from here:

https://www.stardock.com/support/productkeyretrieval
